These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by BlueTech Solutions LLC.
By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms.
Services Provided:
BlueTech Solutions LLC provides business technology services which may include:
VoIP phone systems
Business communications solutions
Cloud-based services
IT consulting and support
Network and technology solutions
Hardware and software setup
Services may vary depending on customer agreements and selected packages.
Billing and Payments:
Customers agree to pay all charges associated with services provided by BlueTech Solutions LLC.
Recurring Services
Many services offered by BlueTech Solutions LLC, including business phone systems, cloud communications, and managed services, are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
By subscribing to recurring services, the customer authorizes BlueTech Solutions LLC and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file for recurring service fees, applicable taxes, carrier fees, regulatory fees, equipment charges, and other applicable charges.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due according to the payment terms outlined in the customer agreement or invoice.
Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in:
Late fees (if applicable)
Service interruption or suspension
Termination of services
Collection activity when necessary
Taxes, Carrier & Regulatory Fees
Customers acknowledge that telecommunications and related services may be subject to taxes, carrier charges, regulatory recovery fees, or other government-imposed fees, which may fluctuate and are subject to change without notice.
Auto-Pay Authorization
Customers enrolled in automatic billing authorize BlueTech Solutions LLC and its payment processors, including Stripe, to process recurring charges using the selected payment method until services are cancelled.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Monthly recurring service charges are non-refundable once services have been provisioned or activated.
Setup fees, labor charges, and installation fees are non-refundable.
Hardware returns may be subject to manufacturer return policies and restocking fees.
Service Cancellation
Customers requesting cancellation must provide written notice to BlueTech Solutions support team.
Some third-party telecommunications or service agreements may require advance cancellation notice and/or minimum contract obligations.
Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to use services for:
Illegal activity
Fraudulent communications
Spam or abusive calling practices
Unauthorized access attempts
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend services for violations of acceptable use policies.
Service Availability
While we strive for reliable service, BlueTech Solutions LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
Internet outages
Carrier issues
Third-party provider failures
Power outages
Maintenance or technical issues
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueTech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Third-Party Services
Certain services may rely on third-party providers, including telecommunications carriers, cloud platforms, and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the property of BlueTech Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
